Every day at Olathe North, more than 150 Latina and Hispanic students walk into our classrooms carrying big dreams for their future. They are working hard, supporting their families, discovering their strengths, and imagining what comes next: college, careers, and opportunities they may not have thought possible.
The Latina Leadership Club was created to help students turn those dreams into reality. Through mentorship, academic support, leadership, and community, we help students prepare for the next chapter of their lives.
But sometimes, a scholarship is the difference between hoping for an opportunity and being able to take it.
During Hispanic Heritage Month, our students are raising money for the Hispanic Development Fund’s “Cambio para Cambio” Scholarship Program. Our goal is to raise $10,000 to help create more scholarship opportunities for Olathe students.
