Why I’m Raising Funds for HDF
I’m proud to participate in Cambio para Cambio because I believe in the power of education to create opportunities—not just for individual students, but for families and our entire community. For more than 40 years, HDF has invested in Hispanic students across the Kansas City area through scholarships and college preparation programs, helping students pursue their educational goals and build brighter futures.
Every contribution to our campaign helps create more opportunities for students to access and complete higher education.

Last year, we fundraised more than $12,000 and put it towards the HDF. This year we hope to beat this number and bring back the trophy as the organization that fundraises the most in the college level.
