After an intense battle with brain cancer, Linda passed shortly before her 18th birthday. Those who knew her can attest to the gap losing her created in our lives. We choose to honor her memory with this scholarship. One of her last wishes was that her sisters finish school, because she could not. We want to honor her memory, and assist in making higher education a possibility for as many people as we can.
