Hello Kansas City,
My sister, Jasmine, and I, Karina, are joining this amazing fundraising opportunity through Cambio Para Cambio to ensure we can allocate funds that will be later distributed to First-generation students at the University of Missouri—Kansas City (UMKC). Why is this important to us? It's simple: we understand that without additional scholarship funds, we create a financial burden on nuestras familias.
Many who have already sacrificed enough don't need this stressor. Your support can help us attend college without needing to take on additional work that could distract us from our studies and reach our goal of becoming the first ones in our nuclear families to attend college and earn a degree.
